Co-Ed 3-4 year olds:

This is a 45 minute high energy class for 3-4 year olds. This class focuses on basic gymnastics skill development in an age appropriate setting. This is also the first class without parents, so listening, following directions, cooperation and participation skills are introduced throughout each theme based lesson plan.

Co-Ed 4-5 year olds:

This is a fun, high energy one hour class that focuses on basic gymnastics skills. Names of positions and skills are also introduced. We use over 50 theme based class plans that include activities to improve strength and flexibility, hand-eye/foot coordination, balance, etc.

Girls Level 1-2:

This is a one hour beginner class meeting once a week. Children in this class will either have moved from the combo classes or have had very little to no gymnastic experience. This class focuses on the basic gymnastics skills on the Men’s and Women’s Apparatus. These basic skills form a foundation for the child. Our entire program promotes mobility so it is our goal to develop and perfect these basic skills and keep the child moving up in the program.

Girls Level 2-3:

This is a one hour class for children who have mastered the level 1-2 skills or are evaluated by the staff and have shown mastery of the fundamental basic skills needed to continue learning. This is the intermediate class in the recreational program. This class will follow closely to the USAG Competitive skills that are needed for moving into the girls’ level 3-4 or boys level 4 competitive programs. Since not all children have a desire to compete and our goal is to keep the child challenged and learning, once the skills are mastered they can continue in the recreation program to the level 3-4 class which is advanced level class.

  Girls Level 3-4:

This one hour class is a once a week advanced class with-in the recreational program. This class takes all of the fundamental basic skills learned and mastered in the Level 1 and 2 class and begin putting them all together. For example; on the floor exercise, this level would begin taking the round off and combining with the back handspring and even advancing that to multiple back handsprings or even learning and adding a back flip in the tuck position. This is the highest level in the recreational program and for that reason all new students wanting to participate in these classes would need to be evaluated by the staff and demonstrate mastery of all the fundamental basic skills on all the events before being registered into a level 3-4 class.

Boys Level 1-2:
